Parking:
You can book a parking spot. The daily fee is € 10.00. The parking structure is not located on the hotel premises. You may drive your vehicle all the way to the hotel and unload your luggage. For the parking structure, you will receive an entry ticket and a description.

Check-in, breakfast times, do I need to make a booking at the food & drink Wine Restaurant… There are certainly some questions that come to mind before your stay at our City Hotel. You will find many of the answers here:
Check-in / Check-out?
Your room will be available for you starting at 3.00 PM on the day of your arrival.
You will be asked to leave your room until 11.00 AM on the day of your departure.
Reception desk
Our reception desk is found in the entrance lobby of the food & drink Wine Restaurant, and is available/staffed for your comfort daily between 6.30 AM and 11.30 PM.
How can I pay?
You may pay by EC Card / Maestro / Mastercard / Visa / Amex.
When is the breakfast served?
The breakfast is served Monday through Friday, between 7.00 AM and 10.00 AM. Saturdays and Sundays, between 7.30 AM and 10.00 AM. You will find our buffet breakfast on the ground floor, at our food & drink Wine Restaurant.
Where can I book events in Mainz?
Most events around Mainz can be booked directly at the Tourist Service Centre. You can reach it by foot (three minutes) — the address is Markt 17. You can also download the free MAINZ app from our website.

Do you have air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning installed in our historic building. However, every room is equipped with a ventilator.
Where can I return my parking ticket?
When leaving, you may deposit the parking ticket directly at the parking structure in the marked letter box at parking spot No. 73. The gate will open automatically when you leave. Please be aware that should you misplace the parking ticket, we must charge you a fee of € 50.00.
Is internet connection available?
Our City Hotel and food & drink Wine Restaurant provide you with a cost-free and fast WLAN connection. You may get your voucher with the password at the reception desk.
Do I need to book a table at the food & drink Wine Restaurant?
Even as a guest of the hotel, you require a booking in order to be certain to get a table. We will gladly book a table at the food & drink Wine Restaurant along with your room booking. The daily opening hours are between 12.00 PM and 11.00 PM.
Do I also need to make a booking for the outside terrace?
Even as a guest of the hotel, you require a booking in order to be certain to get a table. We will gladly book a table in our outside area along with your room booking. The daily opening hours are between 12.00 PM and 10.00 PM.
Where can I smoke?
There is a covered balcony for the smoking on the first floor.
Otherwise, smoking is forbidden in the entire premises.

We love pets, however, no pets are allowed at the hotel.
